Processing Time

 

All our wigs take about 2 to 3 weeks to process. Our premium color units take about 3 to 4 weeks to process. Process begins after order has been successfully placed.

 

Shipping

 

Shipping takes 3 to 5 days after wigs are processed. 

 

Cancellations 

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, however cancellation fee of $25 apply.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

Due to the uniqueness of each wig and specification requirements, returns and exchanges are not allowed. However if u are sent a wrong wig kindly notify us within 24 hours of receipt of wig. PLEASE DO NOT CUT LACE as any wig with cut lace will not be accepted.

 

Our wigs are inspected  and pictures taken before they leave our warehouse to eliminate possibility of damage from us.

 

All wrong shipments should be returned within 72hours of receipt. Shipping fees will be refunded by us if the error is ours.

 

All wrong shipments must be returned in original packaging and lace uncut. Cut lace will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

Terms of Sale

  1. You are 18 years or above (or any other age that qualifies you as an adult specific to your country) and as such eligible to buy from us

  1. You are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to purchase the item and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
